- I recently purchased the P12 and have two questions:
1. Is it possible to turn off the notification sound? There doesn't appear to be a choice of 'NONE' in the choice of sounds.
2. I use a Mobile App for my bank account (RBS). I used it on my previous handset but when I try using it on the P12 the error message 'RBS not working' keeps coming up. Do you have any idea how to overcome this?

- I have the same problem like John Richards, can you please explain me how do I can make that this button work, because I buy this phone one week ago. Too, the buttons up and down can't work, and I just don't know why.

- I have just purchased the P12 through Amazon UK. The power ON/OFF button was working ok yesterday and now it doesn't seem to be working and I cannot turn the phone on. Any suggestions?
